He is extensively engaged in assisting some of the global private equity firms to drive “value creation” agenda for their portfolio companies in the healthcare space. He has led multiple projects including functional transformations, digitization, standing-up integrated governance, risk and regulatory compliance programs, and various other initiatives.
He has been extensively involved in the board and audit committee discussions and coaching the functional leaders on value creation and asset protection agendas, efficiency drivers and strengthening confidence barometer with the stakeholders (Board, Investors, Market and Internal).
He has led multiple pre and post-acquisition clinical due diligence projects for various healthcare and private equity companies looking to expand their portfolio.
He is a member of the Greater Houston Partnership where he represents on the Healthcare Committee for the City of Houston that is focused on policy making for emerging healthcare priorities. He is also part of the Houston Angel Network to follow his passion in this space.
